We always stop at the Cascade River. The Cascade River is one of the more photogenic of the rivers on the Minnesota North Shore.

My wife and I were on a road trip last week and due to some inclement weather returned home via Osceola, Wisconsin this past week. It was overcast and raining as we approached Osceola but stopped just as we entered town. The conditions were good to get some photos of Cascade Falls which is located in downtown Osceola.

It had been several years since I last visited Cascade Falls and I was pleasantly surprised to see that some of the trees and brush had been cleared so there is now a clear view of the falls form the main street plaza.
