This is the first time that I have captured Coyote pups on my trail cam. There appeared to be five of them and the were around for a couple of days.

I am also starting to see quite a few White-tailed Deer bucks. Most of them just have nubs sticking up but this one has the start of a nice rack.

There was also one Wild Turkey that turned up.

I’ve been getting quite a few photos on my trail cam recently. Most of the activity relates to the White-tailed Deer rut that is going on now. A few shots to does running past the camera followed by a buck. Some nice shots of a very large buck that has been hanging around.

Some nice shots of the bucks including a couple of them fighting.

Early in the fall I had quite a few shots of Coyotes but they seemed to have dissapeared.

I had some nice captures on my trail camera the last time I checked it. This Fisher has been hanging around most of the summer and has been killing a lot of wildlife. Some of the hunters in the area are not too happy.

I’ve been seeing a few Coyotes on the trail camera and have been hearing them at night.

The White-tailed deer fawns are getting big.

The White-tailed deer buck have almost fully grown antlers.

A few Wild Turkeys are around but I’ve not seen any large families. Maybe the Fisher is taking them.

As I mentioned in an earlier post I’ve placed a trail cam on the farm in conjunction with the Wisconsin DNR Snapshot Wisconsin program. For me it’s just a fun thing to do. For the DNR it provides them with valuable information regarding the numbers and types of wildlife in the area. These are a few photos from the past couple of weeks. I’ve been seeing mostly White-tailed Deer so far this winter. There have been a number of bucks around and I’ve captured a couple of them fighting on several different occasions. Maybe they know the cameras is watching them.

This is the first time I captured a Coyote with the trail cam.
