I generally have Northern Cardinals around my feeders year around. About a dozen years ago I counted a high of thirty two at one time. In recent years there are typically three or four around at any given time. This winter, for some unknown reason, I frequently see about a dozen Northern Cardinals and any given time. It has been a great winter to get photos of cardinals.
